What is Generational Diversity?
Plainly, generational diversity is the concept of having a wide range of generations on your team. So, we’re speaking of mixing the Traditionalists, Baby Boomers with The Gen X–ers, Millennials and the Gen Z–ers. It seeks to combat age discrimination where an employee or job candidate from each group is treated differently because of their age. Each of these groups view the world differently.
