Job Brief
We are recruiting a Digital Creative Lead to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of artwork across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail and be able to collaborate with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type and style and submitting them for approval
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Conceive and execute art direction for project
- Provide layout and design information and communication materials (banners, posters, booklets, leaflets, books, calendars, bulletins, flyers, cards, reports, studies etc.) as required
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work closely with marketing team to produce final design
- Create animations for illustrative purposes such as animations, presentations and more advanced solutions
- Manage graphic design portfolio
- Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest graphic designing technique
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
- Publish blog contents on website and ensure it performs better
Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and web developer
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Proficient user of website tools.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Creative Thinker
- Exceptional conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative and diverse environment
- Can manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and priorities with close attention to respective deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with computer-aided design
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
