Abdulrahman Asabea is a business strategy and management professional with experience across consulting, quality assurance, administration, finance, stakeholder engagement, and social impact. His professional background reflects a strong interest in helping organisations improve their operations, strengthen governance, and identify practical opportunities for sustainable growth.

At Lumorus Consulting Group, Abdulrahman worked as a Junior Consultant, conducting socioeconomic research across selected countries and identifying strategic corporate social responsibility opportunities for clients. His work also involved assessing the governance structures, leadership composition, objectives, and strategic positioning of non-governmental organisations. He contributed recommendations to help clients deliver social responsibility initiatives through well-governed organisations and supported NGOs in positioning themselves to attract funding partners.

He has also supported Christian Service University as a volunteer Quality Assurance Officer, where he audited examination results, monitored attendance, conducted staff performance evaluations, and prepared reports. His earlier experience includes administrative, finance, outreach, and human resources support roles at Life 3N Relief LBG and the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council.

Abdulrahman holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Consulting, a Bachelor of Commerce in Management, and a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies. He is also pursuing an MPhil in Business and Management and a Bachelor of Laws.
