Deborah Nimoh is the Chief of Staff at Lumorus, where she plays a pivotal role in aligning strategy, operations, and communication across the organisation. Deborah holds an MBA and a BA in Industrial Art from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Her academic and professional journey has equipped her with a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence.
She began her career through various internships during her undergraduate studies, gaining hands-on experience in digital campaigns and business strategy. These early experiences laid the groundwork for her approach to tech-enabled community building and purposeful brand engagement.
Previously, Deborah served as the Community Relations Officer at Peki Hub, an NGO focused on youth empowerment and vocational training. There, she led impactful outreach programmes and events that supported young people in developing skills for sustainable livelihoods.
Before stepping into the Chief of Staff role, Deborah excelled as the Digital Engagement Lead at Lumorus, where she led dynamic campaigns and strengthened the company’s online presence, fostering deeper relationships with clients and communities.
