Precious is Managing Director at Lumorus Organisational Health Practice, a Built Environment and Cost & Commercial expert who commands over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, at the helm of cost and resource management operations across a portfolio of high-value projects and programmes in various sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, and infrastructure. She provides robust cost and commercial management, project management, procurement strategy advisory, strategic planning, and strategic change management.

As a Construction Specialist, she provides strategic advice to clients on sustainable building practices, responsible procurement, and whole lifecycle costing.

She has worked with clients to overcome challenges and embed ESG practices within their organisations, particularly in relation to social value and sustainable procurement.

She has sound knowledge and expertise in developing the green and net zero business case for integration into core operations, particularly in procurement negotiations, and in aligning organisations’ strategic sustainability ambitions with climate impact frameworks such as the UK Construction Industry Council’s Carbon Zero Action Plan and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

She has undertaken research, designed bespoke training courses for the built environment, and speaks extensively on responsible business practices and inclusive leadership in construction and the built environment.

She is an Associate Facilitator at Cranfield University Executive Development and has experience delivering programmes to public, private, and non-profit sector organisations. She is a Trustee of the Milton Keynes Community Foundation and Worktree, and a Non-Executive Director at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
