Richie Madzura is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Social Impact Specialist with over a decade of experience advancing evidence-based programming, impact measurement, and organisational performance across the humanitarian and development sectors. His expertise spans programme performance management, donor compliance, strategic programme design, resource mobilisation, knowledge management, impact assessment, and evidence-based decision-making for complex projects.

Throughout his career, Richie has led the design and implementation of MEAL systems, including theories of change, logical frameworks, indicator frameworks, accountability mechanisms, and adaptive management processes. He has extensive experience in proposal development, grant acquisition, donor reporting, risk management, and compliance oversight, contributing to the successful mobilisation and management of multimillion-dollar funding portfolios.

As MEAL and Social Impact Product Lead at Lumorus, Richie provides technical leadership in developing social impact measurement methodologies, outcome pathways, ESG and SDG-aligned reporting frameworks, and data-driven impact management solutions. Working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social impact, he translates complex reporting requirements into scalable digital tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that help organisations measure, manage, and communicate impact with greater accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Richie holds a Master of Social Sciences in Public Policy and Development Management, an MSc in Disaster and Livelihoods Management, an MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agricultural Policy, a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. His multidisciplinary academic background reflects a strong commitment to advancing sustainable, evidence-based solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and long-term development outcomes.
