He has built his experience through roles and programmes with IO Sphere, Latham & Watkins, Costco Wholesale UK, and the Agency of the Nigerian High Commission, where he has contributed to data-driven analysis, compliance processes, onboarding support, and business problem-solving. His work has included analysing large customer and transactional datasets, evaluating campaign performance, creating automated reports, supporting due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, conducting gap analyses on data protection protocols, and improving internal systems for document management and operational efficiency.

At Costco, Tobi applied analytical tools to demand planning and pricing analysis, helping to reduce overstock and maintain profitability.
