Cyril Kwabena Ashilevi is a highly skilled and experienced Digital Creative Lead, with a strong background in public relations and communications. Dr. Vindel Kerr is a widely recognized corporate governance expert with more than 28 years of experience, two decades of which have been spent in C-suite roles. His areas of specialization include strategic planning, executive education, consulting, academic teaching, writing, and publishing.
Dr. Kerr began his career at the United Nations Food & Organization (FAO), where he gained invaluable experience and skills. He later held senior positions at Jamaica Producers Group and Capital & Credit Merchant Bank, both publicly-listed Jamaican firms. His roles in these organizations spanned corporate finance, project management, new ventures development, commodity export forecasting, shipping logistics, and environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). He also led a rural agrarian project involving 140 farmers, funded by USAID and other sources.
As a seasoned CEO and Lead Consultant, Dr. Kerr has demonstrated remarkable leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams to execute strategic planning, business reviews, re-engineering, cultural and behavioral change, process improvements, and anti-corruption interventions. His unique approach merges business management education, applied sciences, and ESG principles, providing sustainable solutions to organizational challenges.
Dr. Kerr is the founder of GovStrat Ltd, a Board Advisory and C-Suite Learning and Management Consulting firm established in 2005. Through this venture, he has served over 250 consulting clients, facilitated more than 400 learning sessions, and educated over 10,000 Directors, C-Suite Executives, senior civil servants, and politicians in 24 countries.
In his role, Dr. Kerr provides strategic, policy, and regulatory advice, business reviews, and implementable plans. He also offers training for Directors, Corporate Secretaries, C-Suite Executives, and managers. His work involves reviewing and interpreting legislation, regulations, writing corporate governance, enterprise risk management, corporate social responsibility, stewardship, ethics, and whistleblower policies, codes, frameworks, and evaluating corporate Boards.
In academia, Dr. Kerr was an Assistant Professor of Business Ethics at The University of West Indies (UWI), Trinidad, a Teaching Assistant of Global Affairs at Manchester Business School, UK, and an adjunct Lecturer of Marketing Strategy & Planning and Project & Environmental Management at UWI and CASE, Jamaica, respectively. He is the author of "Effective Corporate Governance" (2005) and the "Corporate Governance Framework for Public Bodies Jamaica" (2011), among other publications.
As a recognized scholar and awardee, Dr. Kerr's achievements include being a 2010 Scholar of the ICGN, a British Chevening Scholar (1995), an OAS Fellow (1995), the first JADF/Carlton Alexander Scholar (1989), and the George Beckford Scholar (1986). His commitment to community service has also garnered him numerous awards. Dr. Kerr's rich experience, academic prowess, and dedicated service position him as an authority in corporate governance and strategic planning.

<p>Orlando brings extensive experience as a climate resilience specialist. He brings particular knowledge of the regulated UK water and waste management services industry with particular working knowledge of developing climate adoption strategies to align with current climate regulations. Orlando has over 6 years of experience working in the water and waste service industry, delivering projects focused on improving water service resilience and reducing environmental impact. He is highly knowledgeable in a wide range of carbon reduction areas relating to energy efficiency, waste management, renewable energy, green building and climate change mitigation . He has worked on several complex corporate climate adoption and sustainable practice projects applying climate impact frameworks such as the UN Sustainability Development Goals, GHG Protocol, Science-Based Target initiatives, ESG frameworks and the Paris Agreement regulatory framework. Recently he delivered a Climate Adoption Plan for Northern Ireland Water, outlining an implementation roadmap to achieve net zero targets, providing strategic engagement approaches to support customers, local businesses, supply chain reductions and land carbon offsetting. <p>Ruth Odih is an accomplished corporate governance professional, currently serving as an Assistant Company Secretary at Centrica Plc and as a Faculty Member at The Corporate Governance Institute. After thirteen years in this role, she stepped up to her current position in the UK in September 2021. </p><p>Rosemary's philanthropic efforts also extend to the field of education. Since 2018, she has been serving as a part-time Board Member with CAMFED - Campaign for Female Education, an organization based in Cambridge, England. He has extensive expertise working with local enterprise partnerships and charities to play diverse roles reflecting the differing local priorities. </p><p>At the Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership, he helped design support for businesses, charities and local authorities to collaborate on initiatives to tackle major barriers to growth and develop shared strategies for the local economy to increase job creation and push toward more sustainable environmental ambitions and greater social equity. </p><p>He has led the combination of strong private sector business leadership with groups of local authorities whose leadership, planning, regulatory and infrastructure roles are critical to business growth. These bodies bring an integrated approach across real economic geographies, fostering a strong environment for business growth in a sustainable way. </p><p>He has extensive experience across a range of sectors with specific skills in complex cross-sector strategy, and a combination of business and local government partnerships to achieve geographic-specific objectives. </p><p>In 2015 Mike was awarded an OBE for Services to the Economy Development in the North-West and in 2016 was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Manchester Metropolitan University. </p>

These roles allowed him to apply and hone his strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and management skills. </p><p>Currently, Keith serves as the Principal of his own firm, IC&E Business Consultancy & Advisory, which he established in August 2021. The firm has quickly become a go-to for strategic consulting, governance, business transformation, and corporate structuring advisory services. Furthermore, the firm specializes in providing support for mergers and acquisitions, business divestment, and shareholder return transactions. </p><p>Previously, at Ardagh Group, Keith held the position of Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, and at IPL, Inc., he served as the Chief Financial Officer. He was the Managing Director of a London-based private investment firm focusing on direct principal investments in mid and early-stage ventures across the UK, Europe, and North America. Additionally, John held the position of General Counsel and Secretary of Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp., a NYSE-listed special purpose acquisition vehicle. </p><p>John's achievements include co-founding Deed, an initiative that supports transformational and underrepresented founders, thinkers, and influencers. This illustrates his dedication to diversity and empowerment in the entrepreneurial landscape. </p><p>Before his time with Full Circle Capital, John advised on M&A and private equity transactions across New York, London, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
